Cycling Instructor

I am a senior in college, majoring in Psychology and Women’s, Gender & Sexualities studies. I fell in love with fitness in my senior year of high school during a difficult time in my life, and I have been hooked ever since. Since then, I have become so passionate about health and wellness, with a focus on the importance of  mental health in the context of fitness. I think its so important to workout because you love your body, and have fun while doing so! I love the positive energy that can be found in the room during a spin class. My goal is to get people to leave class feeling confident, strong, empowered, and inspired!

 

When I am not in school or at the gym, you can find me somewhere in the city eating tacos and trying out local breweries!

Favorites​​

  • Exercise - sumo squats and deadlifts!

  • Artists - Lizzo, King Princess, Post Malone, Bryce Vine, I am super open-minded when it comes to music!

  • Healthy Snacks - Apples (even though I am slightly allergic!) or bananas with PB! 

  • Hobbies - Traveling, trying new things (workouts, food, etc.) and cooking

  • Boston Restaurants - Lolita, Pink Taco, Earls Kitchen + Bar & Eataly
