Stephanie fell in love with fitness in her senior year of high school during a difficult time in her life, and she has been hooked ever since. Since then, Stephanie has become so passionate about health and wellness, with a focus on the importance of mental health in the context of fitness.
"I think its so important to workout because you love your body, and have fun while doing so! I love the positive energy that can be found in the room during a class. My goal is to get people to leave class feeling confident, strong, empowered, and inspired!"
