Meet Steph, she moved to Boston 8 years ago from her hometown Enfield, CT. She fell in love with the Boston fitness scene, more importantly, an introduction to indoor cycling. Don’t let her valley girl accent fool you. She’s feisty, driven, and just loves to have fun! Her hobbies outside of the studio include hiking, reading, biking, kayaking, live music, brewery tours, and live theater. Never staying in one place too long, Stephanie caught the travel bug 4 years ago and has traveled to over 14 major US cities. She decided to ditch the USA in September 2018 and did her first two-week backpacking tour through Ireland.
Fitness to Stephanie is more than looking good in a bikini (although it does help.) She’s looking to channel positive vibes, to start or end your day with a sense of relief and confidence that you did something good for yourself. She always wants you to leave her class feeling like you just left an incredibly fun environment and you can’t wait to do it again! She cannot wait to join you in your fitness journey at Savin Hill Fitness.
Exercise: Yoga with a nice long Savasana, following by cycling!

Snacks: Fruit! Eating it raw or sprinkled with cinnamon and chocolate chips as a guilty guilty free pleasure.
Hobbies: Hiking, outdoor biking, yoga, brewery trips, theatre nights and my favorite winter hobby has become puzzles.
Boston Restaurant: Mr Dooleys in the financial district. Awesome, affordable food, friendly staff, and a traditional Irish feel.
