Sarah has been passionate about holistic health and wellness for 10 years, incorporating exercise and mindfulness into her daily practice. She strives to create and maintain balance in spirit, mind and body. As a full time counselor, she loves helping others and encouraging the students she works with to reach their goals! She can't wait to see you in the studio and help you reach your fitness goals, too!
