Cycling Instructor

After high school and college and always being an athlete, I struggled trying to find the right exercise plan for me. I tried gyms, I tried group classes, I tried running clubs, soccer teams; but nothing really stuck with me that I fully enjoyed and felt motivated about until I starting indoor cycling.

 

During cycling I can relax, I can relieve stress, I can party, or I can run out any emotion. The music, the beats, the choreography keeps me coming back for more. You can find my classes entertaining, challenging, and fun. The best part of cycling is making it fun.
