You come to the third floor of a beautiful new building. It feels fresh and exciting. When you enter you are greeted by one of our amazing Front Desk Rockstars - there to inspire and support you!
From there the possibilities are endless (honestly) as we'll be offering over 14 classes a day, personal training, nutrition coaching, massage therapy, energy work, workshops and seminars. Learn more about each below:
GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
The main classes we'll be offering are: Spin, Yoga and Bootcamp. All of these classes are good for all levels and will provide each person an incredible workout that energizes them all day long.
We are focused on these 3 classes as they provide the three main exercise styles you need: cardio, strength, and flexibility training. The idea is to incorporate all 3 into your weekly workout schedule so that you are strong and well balanced!
We'll also have other fun and challenging classes like Barre, Pilates, Zumba, Buti Yoga, HIIT and more. Something different every day so that you can rely on us for all your workout needs.
While Group Fitness Classes are fun, challenging and effective - we at Savin Hill Fitness also believe it's important to focus on your individual needs so that you can reach your goals and feel your best.
That's why we are offering Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, Massage and Energy work. Because we know that your needs are not the same as everyone else and individualized attention, customized plans, and focused programming can help you.
We are passionate about your entire well-being and we are determined to create a space where you can focus on fitness, nutrition and wellness.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
We'll also offer small group programming so you can workout with your best friends every week, make your birthday extra special with a private class, or workout the toxins before or after a bachelorette (or bachelor) party!
Exercising isn't something to think of a chore anymore; instead, exercising is something fun you can do with friends and family members and it's way more memorable than another dinner date night.
WORKSHOPS & MORE
Finally, we put a high priority on education, connection, and community.
Each and every month we'll offer workshops, seminars, demos and so much more. That way you can learn how to incorporate healthy habits into your life and mindset.
Every Saturday afternoon we'll also have a Community Class that is donation based - all donations will go to a local charity, and every quarter that charity will change! This class will change every week and provide members and non-members a chance to try different teachers, classes, and exercise styles.
Also, we want you to have fun while exercising so we'll be hosting challenges and fitness events that will get your heart pumping and put a smile on your face!
Overall our plan is to create a space you can rely on each and everyday for all of your health and wellness needs so that it's easier for you to stay in shape and feel good!
