MEET YOUR COACHES

Stephanie Moraes

Cycling Instructor, Registered Dietician and Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainer, Bootcamp and HIIT instructor. 

Stephanie fell in love with fitness in her senior year of high school during a difficult time in her life, and she has been hooked ever since. Since then, Stephanie  has become so passionate about health and wellness, with a focus on the importance of  mental health in the context of fitness.

 

"I think its so important to workout because you love your body, and have fun while doing so! I love the positive energy that can be found in the room during a class. My goal is to get people to leave class feeling confident, strong, empowered, and inspired!"

Molly Warner is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) who has lived in Dorchester for the last 10 years, after moving to the Boston area from Southern California. While she misses the sun of SoCal, she fell in love with the welcoming nature of the diverse Dot residents and has never left!  

 

Her passion is to help her neighbors practice a healthy lifestyle, using a whole-body approach incorporating balance, mindfulness and practice, not extremes or perfection. As a wife and mom of two kids and a dog, she embraces the beauty of real-life chaos. You will likely find Molly snuggling on the couch reading her kid’s favorite books or chasing them around the block on their bikes.

Kara Kelly, born, raised, and still working on the South Shore, has been a Registered Dietitian for 7 years and enjoys sharing her time between her home in Boston, workplace in Weymouth, and anywhere in between. After completing a Master’s Degree in Education, with a concentration in fitness and health promotion, Kara made the transition to the world of clinical nutrition at South Shore Hospital and hasn’t looked back since! When she’s not doing RD things, she enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and Little Sis as part of the Big Sister Program of Boston. Lover of traveling, coffee, the beach, ice cream, Kelly Ripa, and weddings.
