Kacey is a fairly new yoga teacher super excited to begin her journey at Savin Hill Fitness Studio. Kacey graduated from her yoga teacher training in June of 2018 while finishing college and then moved to Boston to start a new chapter of her life.
She is super passionate about sharing her love of yoga and self-love with others. She has a strong focus on sustainable and alignment based movement. Her classes will leave you energized, motivated, and full of love.
Kacey loves meeting new people, exploring new cities and trying new food/restaurants (any restaurant recs. are always welcome).
Rachel loves learning about other people, their life experiences, and what feeds their soul. She wants to know what you’re looking for to feel your strongest and can provide insight on deep breathing and balancing energies so that you are at your best inside and out.
Exercise - biking, swimming...and anything else outdoors
Artists - Daddy Yankee, Ed Sheeran, Cardi B and basically anything with a good beat
Healthy Snacks - Apple slices with sunflower butter, carrots and jalapeño hummus
