Great news, we have tons of FREE parking right next door in the Cristo Rey parking lot on weekends and from 4 pm - 6:30 am on weekdays. You can also park there during the summer when school is not in session. If you are coming on a normal weekday from 6:30 am - 4 pm you can find free street parking.
We have a gender-neutral locker room with private rooms, including 3 showers, 3 toilets and 2 changing stalls. We also have lockers and cubbies in our lobby area, and our Front Desk is always staffed.
We will have small hand towels free to use for classes, and then larger towels free for members, $1 for non-members, to use for showering. Did you know we have 3 gorgeous showers?!
Cycling Shoe Rentals
We have cycle shoes available for members to borrow for class, and we also partner with TIEM (a local company that sells wonderful cycling shoes) and we encourage those that ride 2-3 times a week to purchase their own. Soon we will be charging $2 for non-member shoe rentals (you are required to wear clipped-in cycling shoes for our cycle classes as it is safer and better)!
Signing Up for Classes
Is it necessary to reserve a spot for class prior to showing up?
No, but it will increase your probability of taking the class, and save you a spot!
Is there a penalty for canceling a class?
Not if you cancel prior to 2 hours of the start of class. There will be a $2 late cancel fee charged for cancelling a class within 2 hours of the start time. No shows will be subject to a $4 fee.
What if I’m running late to class?!
Call or email us as soon as possible! We will hold your spot. If we do not hear from you by the time class starts, we will give your spot to a member on the waitlist.
What happens if there's a waitlist?
If you get off the waitlist, we will notify you via text, email, or phone as soon as the spot opens and you are put into the class (this happens when someone else cancels so it can be any time). We suggest that if you are on the Wait List to still come to class as there is a good chance you will get in, and if not can at least take a different class.
Comfortable workout clothing and depending on the class, sneakers. We do not suggest sneakers for our Yoga Classes, and if you are taking a Cycling class you will be able to rent cycling shoes at the front desk that clip into the bike.
All of our classes are good for all levels as our teachers are amazing at providing modifications and options to ensure that everyone gets a great workout and leaves feeling stronger. So feel free to attend any class!
