Cycle Instructor and Barre Teacher

Diane is a certified Maddog Cycle Instructor and a certified Barre Above Instructor. She has five years of experience in the fitness and health industry, where her passion thrives.  Diane studied Health Coaching at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and attended the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts. Her professional hospitality background of 25 years, will assure you a welcoming experience in all her classes. She is extremely passionate about mind-body exercise, nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle.  Her positive energy, strength and upbeat classes are sure to lift you up and inspire you. She enjoys bringing body awareness to posture, alignment, breathing and how to perform exercises properly, while fine tuning and adding new options to push limits.

 

Diane is a fun loving mother of three silly children and grew up in Milton, MA.  Favorite get-a-way, hands down, is the ocean.
