Chrissy Taubert has been into group fitness since she was a freshman at BU almost 10 years ago. Initially big into Hip Hop yoga, Chrissy fell in love with the idea of creating exercising around music. She was skeptical of spin class until she tried a class spinning to the beat of the music, fell in love and never turned back! Chrissy loves the idea of pushing yourself in a dim room with nothing but you, the bike that goes nowhere, and the pulse of the music in your ears. She will be sure to create bumping playlists with a good variety of artists.
Off the bike, you can find Chrissy working full-time as a nurse practitioner at Dana-Farber. She finds that working out helps to relieve the stress of work and life and hopes you will join her in sweating it all out. You can also find Chrissy jogging around Savin Hill, hanging at a local brewery or spending time with friends and family.
