Yoga Teacher

Carolyn calls herself a “Mom of 4, Person of 1” and has been teaching yoga since 2014 when she completed her teacher training in Fluid Yoga, a style developed by Kevan Gale. Yoga presented a program beyond physical fitness that resonated with her natural positive energy, enthusiasm and perspective.

 

She is passionate about teaching and believes in the ability of the practice of yoga and meditation to transform lives over time and with practice. She encourages her students to use their time on the mat as a moving meditation, incorporating the important element of flow and building strength, balance, and flexibility that translates off of the mat and into the world.
