Angela Wilson: lifelong MA resident and high energy spin/bootcamp instructor who can’t sit still very long! She worked a summer job doing sales for a fitness center in 2006 and made the most of her complimentary gym membership, taking all the classes. Then by 2008 was teaching spin and 2009 teaching bootcamp. She enjoys a well rounded fitness routine.
Angela believes everyone can find a way to make exercise fun! From running the Disney marathon to doing aerial yoga, she believes variety and enjoyment are key to long term fitness success. Angela is often found doing outdoor activities, anything from hiking to paddle-boarding. Angela loves encouraging movement in others; her favorite saying is “a body in motion stays in motion”, a statement she often uses while working with seniors full-time at her day job.
